  • Composes finished vertical videos (9:16 format) using the creator’s own visuals and synthesized narration.
  • Maintains a content ledger of produced videos, including their posting status and basic performance metrics.
  • Automatically uploads finalized videos to the creator’s own TikTok account through the official TikTok Content Posting API, with optional cross-posting to Instagram Reels.

Who Operates This Service

Reel Collector is operated solely by the owner of the TikTok account @bus_lab_chitose. It is a single-user tool: there are no public-facing user accounts, no multi-tenant infrastructure, and no third-party users. All authentication and authorization is granted by, and applies only to, the operator’s own accounts.

How It Connects to TikTok

The tool uses the official TikTok Content Posting API, accessed via OAuth 2.0 authorization explicitly granted by the account owner. All content published through the tool is the operator’s own original work. The tool does not republish, redistribute, or scrape content from other TikTok users, and it does not interact with other users’ accounts in any way.

The application complies with the requirements set out in TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and the Content Posting API documentation, including platform-imposed rate limits and any creator information display requirements applicable to posting flows.

The creator’s content focuses on practical, educational topics such as:
